When CUET was introduced by NTA in 2022, there were many flaws in the whole structure which was used to conduct CUET 2022 examination. One of the main problems that students faced was the allotment of wrong/distant exam centers. To fix this in CUET UG 2023, NTA has come up with the concept of a city intimation slip which will be uploaded on NTA’s official website on 30th April. This blog will cover everything about the city intimation slip and how it will help the students.

What Is City Intimation Slip For CUET UG 2023?

City intimation slip is an advance piece of information that will consist of the exam center that will be allotted to the student. City intimation slip must not be confused with the admit card as the city intimation slip is just an advance piece of information that might be different in the admit card.

You might wonder, why didn’t NTA directly release the Admit card instead of the city intimation slip? The answer to that is, if a student has any objections with the exam center allotted to them in the city intimation slip then, they can go to NTA’s official website and apply for a new exam center before the admit card release.

Note: After the release of Admit Card For CUET UG 2023, the exam center allotted to the students will be final and no changes will be made in the exam center.

How to Request Exam Center Relocation After City Intimation Slip?

  1. Go to cuet.samarth.ac.in
  2. Click on the city intimation slip link on the homepage.
  3. Login using your credentials and your city intimation slip will be displayed.
  4. Download and print the slip for future reference.
  5. Find the option to mail NTA for relocation of the exam center and provide them with a valid reason for the same.
  6. You’ll receive a confirmation mail for your request being either accepted or rejected.
  7. Your final exam center will be updated in the Admit card which wouldn’t be changeable
